Our park is situated adjacent to the Middleton Beach, and enjoys a 500 metre beach frontage, with three pathways directly onto the beach.
Nearby is the well known Ellen Cove Boardwalk, cycle path with restaurants and sidewalk cafes are in the area as well.
Our park has a 4 ½ star rating and has achieved accreditation as well.
We offer a variety of self-contained accommodation, from lovely big 2 bedroom spa chalets which sleep up to 6 persons, to the smaller 2bdrm cabins which will sleep up to 5 persons.
We also have 11 ensuite caravan sites, as well as traditional powered sites and unpowered camping sites.

Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
A deposit is required on all bookings made for the high season period to secure the booking. Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit is paid. The deposit for all accommodation is 3 nights tariff and for all sites a deposit of $200 is required. High season includes mid December until end of January and Easter. Deposits are non-refundable or transferable unless 60 days (Big 4 policy) notice of cancellation or variation is received in writing. A $25 cancellation fee will be charged. Any cancellation within 60 days will result in the deposit being forfeited in full. Your booking is for a set time and once confirmed any change will result in liability for payment of the whole of the time booked unless you have cancelled in accordance with this policy.
