Overlooking beautiful Eyre Park, Middleton Beach Cottage is located on the doorstep of Middleton Beach.

The Cottage provides relaxed family holiday accommodation in open plan living. The Cottage has been thoughtfully updated to provide a comfortable environment for your holiday. It contains all modern appliances (incl. dishwasher, microwave, CD, DVD, television) to ensure a relaxing stay. Large north-facing windows provide uninterupted views of the park from the living areas.

Accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms (2 double, 1 single) and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and an adjoining ensuite. The second bedroom enjoys a lovely view of the park and contains a double bed. The third bedroom has a set of single bunk beds to sleep two. The cottage accommodates 6 people in total, and a travel cot is provided free of charge for infants.

A BBQ and outdoor setting in the patio cater for outdoor dining. Sea views are available at the top of the block, providing a picturesque setting to read a book and relax.

Eyre Park contains excellent play equipment for a range of ages. Access to the beach is a short 2 minute stroll through the Park. There are a range of amenities along Adelaide Crescent: Bay Merchants provides a popular breakfast spot, the fish and chips shop is a convenient takeaway and Midds Bluewater Restaurant offers a more formal dinner option.

Directions: Adelaide Crescent runs alongside Eyre Park between Middleton Beach and Middleton Road. The house is towards Middleton Road, and the house number is painted on the curb for easy identification.

Directions from Town: Take Middleton Road past Dog Rock towards the beach. Turn right at the roundabout adjacent to Eyre Park into Adelaide Crescent. Number 75 is the second house visible on the right.

Cancellation Clause: If cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival there will be an automatic cancellation charge equivalent to the cost of one night's accommodation unless the accommodation is rebooked. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of arrival there will be an automatic non-refundable cancellation charge equivalent to one night's accommodation or 50% of the entire booking which ever is greater.
